Fancy pants adventure is an adventure game developed by Brad Borne with sound design by Geier Arnold.
In this game, you control a stick man with flowing hair and a signature pair of yellow pants as you try to get across difficult terrain in a jungle. The stick man can move at extremely high speeds and can run around loops. Your job is to get the stick man through the treacherous terrain and enemies, pick up coins and safely reach the end. Starting out in each stage, you have a health bar and 3 lives. Whenever you touch an enemy, you’ll lose a bit of health and you’ve run out of HP, you’ll lose a life.
You can defeat an enemy by jumping on their head, or by gaining momentum in order to curl up and roll towards them. There are many types of enemies you’ll encounter on your journey such as spiders, gun-wielding squirrels, giant birds... The interesting thing about this game is that there are secret tunnels in every stage, and if you find them, inside will have a lot of coins for you to collect. There is also a Trophies system which you can find in bonus rooms throughout the adventure. You will see the gameplay of this game is similar to Mario or Sonic.
The other unique thing about this game is that at the end of each stage, you’ll have to face off against a different boss as you try to find their weakness in order to defeat them.
